To enroll, students must be at least 14 years old and provide a school transcript, homeschooling portfolio, or standardized test scores showing performance at the 8th-grade level or above in all subject areas.
No. EICA’s flexible learning model allows students to enroll online 24/7. You may also enroll by phone during business hours or by mailing your enrollment form.

Once you enroll and have internet access on an electronic device, you’ll receive access to our online learning system and can begin your first course immediately. All students start with an online orientation.
No. EICA welcomes students from anywhere. With 24 hour access to our online curriculum, you can study regardless of location, ideal for military families or those who relocate frequently.
No. We offer multiple payment options to accommodate students’ financial needs, so you do not have to pay your full tuition at registration.
Yes. EICA diplomas do not limit your college options. If you meet the requirements of the college you choose, your diploma will be accepted.
Yes. EICA is accredited by COGNIA (SACS/CASI), a widely recognized accrediting body dedicated to advancing educational excellence.
Yes. Our online programs are flexible, allowing students to study anytime, anywhere and complete work at their own pace.
The high school diploma requires 24 credits. You must successfully complete a minimum of twelve (12) credits at EICA to be eligible for a diploma. (Half of which must be completed at EICA.)
Yes. You can enroll with an initial down payment and pay the remainder through zero percent interest monthly payments.
If a student (or guardian) decides to cancel or withdraw, they must notify the school in person or in writing. Refunds are provided according to our policy: if cancellation occurs within three (3) business days of signing the enrollment agreement and making the initial payment, the tuition (excluding the registration fee) will be refunded.

After clearing all payments and passing all classes with at least a “C” grade, you can expect your diploma within 5–10 business days. If you cannot pick up the diploma in person, it can be mailed.
To request a copy of your diploma or transcripts, contact Student Services at +1 (305) 792-8242 or submit a transcript request online. Official transcripts are available for $25. Payment must be received before transcripts are released.
